VPS Hub is a whole of government intranet for use by Victorian Public Sector (VPS) employees.

Access to VPS Hub is only available to invited guests via the extranet. By accessing VPS Hub via the extranet you are consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use as set out below.

VPS Hub is an online space where VPS employees share their opinions, ideas and issues in their work as Victorian public servants. As public servants, they need to behave in ways that are consistent with the Public Administration Act 2004 and the Code of Conduct for Victorian Public Sector Employees.  

By accessing VPS Hub via the extranet, guests are consenting to behave by the same principles and standards of conduct expected of VPS employees.  

The Code of Conduct is available at and it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with it before accessing or participating in VPS Hub.

In using VPS Hub, you should abide by the following terms of use:

  2. Be polite and respectful of others’ opinions
